Buyer Responsibility and Due Diligence
Before purchasing, it is the buyer's responsibility to:
• Verify equipment specifications, condition, and compatibility
• Request any necessary inspections or additional information
1. General return conditions
Time Limit: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, items are subject to manufacturer warranty policies.
Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and in a resalable state.
Documentation: Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Return of complete equipment
Cleaning: Equipment must be returned clean and free of dirt, debris, or any other substances. Items requiring extensive cleaning may incur deductions from the refund or be refused.
Damage: Equipment must not be functionally or cosmetically damaged in any way, beyond normal wear and tear. Damage incurred during return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Restocking Fees: A restocking fee ranging from 10% to 25% or more will be applied, depending on the condition of the equipment upon return. Equipment returned in closed box condition may have a lower fee than open box or lightly used equipment.
Inspection: All returned equipment is subject to inspection before a refund or credit is issued.
3. Return of parts
Time Limit: Claims for returned parts not covered under manufacturer’s warranty are accepted within 15 days of sale. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
Condition: Parts must be in their original, unopened package, in a new, salable condition, and never installed on a machine.
Non-Returnable Items: Please refer to the Warranty coverage for qualifying items and further detail.
Restocking Fee: Returned parts are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
If the purchaser orders the wrong part, the purchaser will be responsible for freight and up to 20% restocking fee (minimum $40). Purchaser is responsible for secure packaging and freight costs. Returns received with damage due to poor packaging or damage in transit will be charged up to 20% restocking fee.
4. Shipping and handling
Customer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging or crates. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Insurance: It is advisable to insure return shipments for their full value, as the seller is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
5. Refunds and credit
We do not offer exchanges, refunds or accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Buyer's change of mind
• Failure to conduct due diligence before purchasing
• Incorrect choice of equipment purchased
• Incompatibility with buyer's project or requirements
• Delays in shipping, delivery, or setup due to third parties
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed in accordance with the original payment method.
Deductions: Restocking fees, cleaning fees, refurbishment fees, or replacement packaging fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Incorrect Items: If an incorrect item is received due to seller's error, seller will replace the item at no additional cost to the buyer.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this Refund Policy.
